BASICS OF THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD:
Move from your pelvis, the center of your power.
The pelvis is the center of our body. There are the biggest and more powerful muscles. If you learn how to move from your center, you will find that you can do the things with more ease and strength. Indeed you might learn how to use the whole of your spine and body in a different way, so if you have some discomforts or some small pains, you can also learn how to get rid of them.
In this course we are going to explore some basics of the Feldenkrais Method in a playful and joyful way.
Everybody is welcome. Just bring some comfortable clothes and some cover for the matt which will be provided.
The course will be taught in English.
